Standards-based, traceable and ready to put in front of vendors. Covers systems analysis of legacy environments transitioning to SaaS platforms, with automation designed into the target state.
Boundary: one system or initiative, up to four workshops, one revision cycle.
Fits when: you are approaching market, briefing an implementation partner, or need requirements your delivery team can actually build from.

Requirements governance at program scale. The standards, templates and quality gates that keep requirements consistent across multiple workstreams, structured for handover to your delivery teams.
